BlueEarth Deconstruction is seeking responsible construction professional committed to making an impact and seeking purpose in his or her profession. Candidate can visualize a project through completion and direct a crew to efficiently and safely follow processes.
Responsibilities include: coordinating various aspects of a deconstruction project, Successfully creates an environment for the crew members to excel, and holds the crew accountable for their performance, Communicates proactively and anticipates challenges.
Fosters a professional field presence that is a positive reflection of BlueEarth Deconstruction. Experienced in construction and works hands-on when not managing the project as a whole. This person will be empowered to make decisions and have input in our processes and operations. Trains and develops our crew to be skilled, safe, professional, effective and efficient. Professionally interacts and communicates with clients, partners and other contractors. Is a passionate ambassador for deconstruction, reclaimed building materials and green building. As we grow, this person will take on a larger project management role, overseeing multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
*Valid license, reliable transportation around greater Chicago area.
*Box/flatbed truck driving experience is a plus
*Equipment (Bobcat, forklift, boom lift) experience is a plus
*Site Manager applicants must have experience managing a team &/or construction.
*CDL/Large truck experience is a plus, but not necessary.
*Forklift/Bobcat experience is a plus, but not necessary.
